Each photograph is available in a range of sizes — for the best quality results, please select the image with the closest resolution to your desktop resolution. In addition to the most common desktop resolutions, there is a WSXGA+ image size (1680 x 1050), which is the upper resolution on the BeagleBone Black (at a decent frame rate) and so this image size can be used as a background on a BeagleBone-attached desktop display. They can be freely used for personal use, but any publicly accessible reproduction should not alter the image and should cite this website as the source of the image. The photographs were taken using a Canon EOS 6D with a 100mm f/2.8-32 macro lens and using a lens-mounted white LED light ring that I built myself! Many photos have a shallow depth of field — this really helps in allowing desktop icons to stand out.[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ layout=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding_top=”” padding_right=”” padding_bottom=”” padding_left=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none” last=”no” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all”][fusion_separator style_type=”none” top_margin=”20″ bottom_margin=”20″ sep_color=”” icon=”” width=”” class=”” id=”” /][/fusion_builder_column][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ layout=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding_top=”” padding_right=”” padding_bottom=”” padding_left=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none” last=”no” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all”][fusion_portfolio layout=”grid” picture_size=”auto” text_layout=”no_text” filters=”yes” columns=”3″ cat_slug=”” exclude_cats=”” number_posts=”18″ excerpt_length=”35″ animation_type=”0″ animation_direction=”down” animation_speed=”0.1″ class=”” id=”” /][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
These images are great, but the download links are broken (all result in a 404).
Hi Bill, Thanks — A plugin update seems to have broken the download links. I think that I have fixed them now. Please let me know if you notice any problems. Thanks, Derek.
